Dedicated to the memory of Brenda Murphy
This site is a tribute to Brenda Murphy, who was born in Kingston St Mary, Somerset on 2nd January 1945. Wife to Bryan, mother to Matthew, Amanda, Gillian and Karen, grandma to Charlie, Kate, Lucy and James. Brenda was given the highest quality of care in the last weeks of her life at Thorpe Hall Hospice in Peterborough. Ten years post-diagnosis, and stoic until the end, Brenda died from Myeloma and Parkinsons disease on 20th May 2018. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
